We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for most items in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Items must be unused and undamaged. Please note that certain items, such as sale items or customized products, may be excluded from our return policy. See exceptions below.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
